For you to offset the amount of protein that you may ingest, you’ll have to be sure that you’re drinking about 8 to 10 glasses of water a day to be on the safe side.But this is definitely a good thing, as people really don’t drink enough water as it is, and having something that will genuinely assist in this effort will really be exactly what the doctor ordered.

Protein shakes are some of the best things to ingest, and although there are some side effects, they are considered to be quite minimal.
